"I had One Hour HVAC come out to check a previous install of ducting. The unit was blowing really hard in the front of the house and hardly at all towards the back. So the kids were always freezing in their rooms. Us in the back rooms were not feeling any cool air. Ray came out and checked out our system ( which they did not install) He said it was a pretty simple fix by adding dampers. Ray and his partner Josh came out and fixed it! We are so excited to not have arctic air blowing out some vents and virtually no air blowing out the others. It is good and balanced the way it should have been. I wish we used One Hour in the first place. Ray and Josh are super friendly and polite. This is the way customer service use to be. Thanks guys for your help!"

"One hour air has become our go to heat and air company, we had used the company that installed the unit on our home for over 3 years, but continued to call them out for the same issue (4 times between Feb and Mar). One hr came out diagnosed and fixed the issue, they have had to return to correct another issue that was not properly addressed by other company. Every person we have dealt with has been pleasant, courteous, and taken time to walk through everything with us. Frank, our tech today was amazing."

"Update: We were having problems with too much condensation building up and One Hour came back and kept working on the issue until it was resolved. Very good customer service! We had to replace our HVAC unit. One Hour Air-Conditioning and Heating did a great job with our purchase and installation. They were quick, efficient and knowledgeable. Dakota and Christian are great workers and very respectful of property. They both have a good work ethic and attitude. It was wonderful to have them working on our hvac installation. I highly recommend One Hour Air-Conditioning and Heating!"

"Every single person that came out to our home was respectful and listened to our concerns. We were having ventilation issues but our AC unit was running fine so it was a bit out of the norm. We had the system looked at by another HVAC company who gave us costs a few thousand dollars higher and didn’t do as thorough a job at explaining and setting expectations. Bobby came out to our home and was super respectful and knowledgeable, my husband had a lot of questions and he answered everything. Not only that but he had us an estimate that day and installers out to look at the system to confirm what could be done within 3 business days. The installers were able to get to work that day and address our concerns SAME DAY! They put down floor protectors and cleaned up all messed created from the work. The installers themselves were also respectful of the house and knowledgeable walking us through the system. We had another gentleman come out the next day to move our system away from the wall for better airflow. He was very helpful and respectful of my garden that was right next to it even though he had to pull up some brick to set it up. Overall we will be using this company again and I am thrilled with the service. (Also they were very nice to our cats and dog) 😁"
